I have a cleaning service treat the structures following bookings. The space has heavy airflow from the outdoors.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is well-suited for fashion photography, music videos and other art production. There is a large, dramatic main level of the barn along with an expansive lower level which is very rustic and lends itself towards moodier shoots. My adjacent farm has pygmy goats, a donkey and chickens. If you're interested, ask about use in shoots in your booking inquiry. It is a true-to-history authentic space, so it is better for photography and film, though I am open to guests who want to host pop-up meals here.

Spectacular 1865 barn, 1890 stables and 88 picturesque acres in the Hudson Valley. A truly spectacular property with views of Mohonk mountain. The red barn: in beautiful original condition, filled with charming turn-of-the-century rusted farm equipment and beautiful light. The white barn: an 1890 massive structure with horse stalls, a dramatic rounded roof and a mix of rustic and industrial finishes The property: rolling acres, a large pond, views of Mohonk and several ancient trees beloved by photographers.
