About the Space
We feature an open loft feel yet industrial vibe with concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and a ton of beautiful natural light that is provided by two north facing windows. The space can fit a maximum of 20 people. Located on the 4th floor of the building with unobstructed views of the city. This 900 sqft studio contains large windows which provide plenty of natural sunlight. FREE AMENITIES / PERKS INCLUDED: - Central A/C and heating - Sandbags - Stools - Wardrobe Rack & hangers - Steamer - Full body Mirror - Pictured Furniture (Couch, Specialty Chairs, Rug, etc..) - Abundant Natural Sunlight - Stunning Views of The City - White Walls & Concrete Floor The building has an abundance of free street parking. There is one spacious passenger elevator. Our Studio could be best used for the following: Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more. REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location.

Studio itself is great - light is perfect (we haven’t used professional lighting), downtown view is a great addition (even it was a rainy day it still looked good on pictures), enough stuff as for professional photoshooting. Only thing to work on is clean - you guys charging cleaning fee, and at the same time furniture has a lot of stains, carpet used to be long time ago white, now it’s dirty. So it’s something to work on. Overall it was good.
