About Karma
My space works well for all occasions, from film, photography, private party, special occasions, pop up shops, performance, video release, album release, music video shoot. The layout is divided up into several sections which can be manipulated to fit mostly everyones vision, especial the creative types. We also have 2 bars, one of which is approximately 24 feet long and the other around 10 feet long.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Please note when booking this space, you will not be meeting Elizabeth, it would be Charles. I am a DJ, and the lack of communication before the day of the event was already exhausting. I had an event for my friends/bystanders to support and have a good time listening to me DJ. When arriving at the bar the day of the event, there was a photoshoot cutting into the time of our booking (6PM-11PM) We didn’t start setting up until 6:40/7, as they were still cleaning up the space for us to host. Instead of the bartender guarantee payment (which this fee is not listed on Peerspace), Charles tried to compensate us with a extra free hour [until 12AM] and stated splitting Bar Profits. Towards the end of the night [1:00 AM] we were looking for Charles and he never came back up after to help close out, and began to forget what our booking slot was. In fact, he was sleeping downstairs and wasn’t open to communicate details of splitting profits. When confronting him on the manner, He stated “We didn’t make enough money at the bar to split profits.” Please also note, that I was DJing for Free at their bar without payment for 6 hours, because it was our event, with the thought it would be just the people we invited. Their designated DJ, arrived between 12-1AM, without notice..This WAS NOT a private event as you would assume, it was still open to the public. Many bystanders came to visit the establishment to drink and smoke hookah. Charles and his staff are unprofessional continued to create false hope, and condense guests. This was our first event for our business, it’s unfortunate these events happened. We hope to still be reimbursed and raise awareness on their shady business.

Amazing space! Elizabeth was responsive and Charles the bartender was so accommodating, all of my guests felt welcome and had a great time. My partner’s birthday/Super Bowl watch party went off without a hitch, thanks to you all.

Unfortunately I was not contacted on peerspace when I was requiring if this space was available n the event was for the next day bc I had a peerspace booking that was cancelled the day before on peerspace but Bc I was not contacted on peerspace I didn’t think it was available so I didn’t go but I saw a confirmation via email a couple of days after. They is no experience to report except that I didn’t have an event due to the delay of response. I will be requesting a refund.
