Great open kitchen with large island. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on third floor, and roofdeck on 4th floor with wood lounge area, and grassy open area with large dining table, budha's, plants, and 360 views! High end finishes everywhere, European design, industrial elements. Attached garage. Easy street parking. Roof deck has an electronic hoist that can be used to move items up to 300 lbs.

The space was gorgeous with lots of natural light. It was perfect for our shoot. We shot photos and video, and the crew next door was accommodating and stopped the loud work until we finished. It was a hot summer day and the AC worked great as well to cool off the set. It is on the second floor but the stair climb wasn't terrible. We were able to stage our equipment in the inclosed front yard to carry up and when loading out. Jalda was on site if we needed anything but not intrusive and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.
