Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
We invite you to our all white natural light room. The big window is facing south. The Studio gets a beautiful light in the morning from 9 am to 5 pm, with all white epoxy floors. Maximum occupancy allowed at one time: 4 people For safety measures all guest must wear mask while indoors, unless one is being photographed. All guests must wear disposable shoe covers( provided by studio ) upon arrival to help preserve epoxy white floors. All guests are welcome to move furniture & plants around the studio just be careful not to cause scratches on the floors. (Prior to moving notify a staff member ) Amenities: • Masks / Hand sanitizers / shoe covers • Two shared restrooms • Bluetooth speaker • Variety of vintage stools + seating options • Natural plants • 2 Vintage sofas • 1 Dracast Bi Color LED • RGB small tube light * This is a shared space with other creatives, therefore please be cautious of music levels. * Available tools for rent: • Aputure Lightstorm 120D II light • Arri 650 fresnel Tungsten light • 6 ft Quasar RGB tube Light • C - Stands

I found the space to meet our photoshoot needs. We were able to start on time with prompt access. Clean space and great natural light. Communication was prompt. The only suggestion would be to inform people there is no elevator; carrying equipment up stairs was a challenge. This may be on the details but can’t remember so I didn’t want to remove a star. Overall great space.
