All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

65' by 45' shooting space with polished concrete floor and rear cove wall. 30' Bi-Color LED Light Bank pre hung but removable if needed. Perfect for automotive, food, product, fashion or talent shoots. Surface level garage door plus loading dock on side of stage. Fully functional kitchen. Additional 1500 square feet of client area. 2 Bathrooms plus space for hair and makeup area. LED Lighting and full grip packages available on premises. Stage and client area are fully air conditioned.

There are 2 roll up doors, one at ground level and one with a loading dock.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

The onsite manager will have access to the breakers.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No smoking inside or outside building. No alcohol. No pets or children unless specifically hired as talent for shoot. Additional outside restrooms will be required for shoots with more than 25 people. Outside grip and lighting is allowed. Outside catering is allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Moving any wall decorations or furniture must be approved by Baur Films, Inc 7 days before shooting takes place. Nothing is to be removed from the premises.

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

2 security cameras at rear parking area of building with automated flood lights.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
