The Penthouse was amazing and the perfect venue for my sister’s engagement party! We booked catering and private bartending through the venue, the food and signature cocktails were so good, highly recommend! Elise and Karam were kind and gracious hosts, I could not thank them enough throughout the evening :) 100% will be booking again!

We booked the space for a baby shower for one of my daughters. In total, there were about 30 people with a few children. The space is very nice. We never felt crowded or lacking space inside, and as the day was amazing, we were able to use the patio space as well. The loft is well maintained, great views, and is a great space for intimate parties to a larger group event. We also has Elise and Karam cater the event with one of their buffet options. The food was excellent, well presented, and there was plenty for all (with leftovers). They are amazing people who clearly cared about how our event went. They were responsive and engaged during the entire event, while not actually being in the space (they run the restaurant on the ground floor of the building). We highly recommend both the space and the catering! Would book again if we had the need!

Beautiful space. Amazing room and deck. The views of Portland are fantastic. Even more so, the staff is SPECTACULAR. Elise was receptive to our every question and need and kept us in the know the whole time. I would 100% recommend The Penthouse for any gathering. Top notch in every way.

I booked this space for my daughters 23rd birthday. The space look just like the photos, very nice. Elise was amazing! She made sure we were comfortable and ALL of my questions were answered. She’s very sweet!! She even checked in from time to time. The ONLY thing I didn’t like much was whenever someone arrived to the party, we had to go down and get them to come up. Other than that, it was perfect and just what we needed. I plan to book this summer for my birthday!
