About the Space
The warehouse is comprised of two main areas. The front of the building is an 800 sq ft open span staging area. It includes a small kitchen and bench spaces along with two fridges. Access to the bathroom is also located at the front of the building. Make your way down the large hallway (big enough to drive a car through), into the main event room. Held a birthday party and the space was great! Host was responsive typically responded within 24hrs. Anthony let us come take a look at the space prior to our event and the space was bigger than advertised! Place was sound proof (great if bands need to practice/have small-medium shows or if you want to play music loudly). Lots of parking on the street at night and a few on the lot itself. Had to pay a security deposit of $500 which $200 was lost due to cleaning fees. Overall fairly understandable and would definitely book again.
