Once reserved, the pass must be picked up from the front desk and presented to the lifeguard *Pool Rules: • 2 passes per reservation • Occupant/Child must be with a parent at all times • No outside guests Allowed - Pets: Except for service animals, the following breed and pet restrictions are enforced by the building management: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Wolf-Hybrid, and any mix of these breeds. *Pet fee - $20/pet/reservation plus a $300 refundable security deposit *Must be approved by hosts before booking *Limit 2 animals per reservation - You may not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property - Please do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests - A ring doorbell camera is located at the front door for both the property and guest's safety. Tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation of reservation without a refund - You may move furniture and decorations except for the headboard as it is attached to the wall. Please reset the room back once finished. - Quiet time: 9 pm-6 am (Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during your stay) Note the following fees: * Key card – Cost to replace the key card is $150 * Parking pass replacement - $100 * Unauthorized pet fee - $250 (We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before booking) * Smoking violation penalty - $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. * Unauthorized guests - $25 per person
