About the Space

A classic Wexler 3 bedroom, 2 bath mid century house in Palm Springs with polished concrete floors throughout, vintage mod decor and with a meticulously landscaped backyard configured as a sunken living room with rare cacti, succulents, and citrus trees. The pool area is outfitted with 44 pieces of vintage Homecrest furniture wint cushions featuring a vintage pattern and has several zones for different uses: recliners and shade umbrellas for lounging, a table and chairs for dining and entertaining, chairs around a fire pit for relaxing, and a sitting area with couch and chairs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was absolutely amazing. The backyard aesthetics, setup, and color palette is everything we could have asked for for our lifestyle shoot. The house was also great. Every detail Heather has put into the space has made it a total vibe. Heather was also the BEST! We couldn't have asked for a better host. From her communication with me from the start to assisting me in getting everything ready for the shoot, she was an absolute pleasure. She provided us with dish ware and props to use for the shoot and everything fit the concept so well. Thank you Heather for this amazing time.
