Welcome to your boutique getaway at Sonoran Escape! This home is great for an intimate wedding, baby shower, gender reveal, poker night, ladies night, or birthdays. It is the closest luxury you will find to Peoria Sports Complex, Westgate Entertainment District, Top Golf, NASCAR, and State Farm Arena. Featuring a optional heated pool, dedicated work space, darts, volleyball, kan jam, slam ball, ping pong, corn hole, badminton, billiards, and the privacy of a large backyard in a custom neighborhood. Great location for family reunion, small birthdays, barbeque (BBQ), small bridal gathering, bridal shower, wedding, baby shower, gender reveals. *We are continuing to add amenities monthly to make the best experience possible.

SONORAN ESCAPE RULE & RESPONSIBILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT Only Number of guests who are on the original booking are allowed to be in the home Please list guest count_____ and intial_____ Respectful Neighbor: We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Please respect the courtesy quiet hours between 9:00 pm through 8:00 am for our neighbors. No DJ or live bands permitted. Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind is allowed on the premises. $500 fine Pets: Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation $500 fine Responsible Renter: Renter must be at least 21 years of age otherwise be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Fire and Décor: Use of charcoal grills is not allowed. Only duraflame or similar logs are to be used in the fire pit. No open flames or candles are allowed in the home. Please no confetti, tape, or nails in the interior or exterior of the home. $50.00 per hour to clean debris. Trash: One city trash bin provided per reservation. If you need more please let us know. All trash must be collected, bagged, and placed in a city receptacle on the south side of the house. No bags outside of the receptacle and excess trash must be disposed of by the renter. No trash can be left inside the home, yards, or pool/spa. Check out: Guests must check out at agreed to time unless another time is approved. Hourly charges apply as per Peerspace rules. Parking and auto liability: The renters are solely responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to vehicles on premises during the rental period. Renters must not park leaking vehicles in the driveway or block driveways or gates of neighbors. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should any damage occur during occupancy. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to recover any losses or evict guests who do not abide by these rules. Yes, I would book again.

Such a beautiful space!! We are so happy that we booked this house for our baby shower. From the first time I reached out to inquire on details, Kim had excellent communication and answered all of my questions about the space. Our guests absolutely loved the house and thought it was so beautiful - the kids loved the amazing pool as well. The hosts even left us a thoughtful note and gift for our shower - just a perfect touch!! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful house!
