All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed No pets in shared space Please don't sleep here. We're not a hotel. Do not park in any covered parking spots unless a parking spot is included in your services. Please pick up after yourself. Be courteous to other members and keep all spaces looking neat and clean. Do not sell to your fellow community. We are not a lead-farm. Networking? Cool! Unsolicited sales pitches? Not cool! No after-hours guests, unless pre-approved by your Community Manager. Violence or abuse in any form will not be tolerated.
