About the Space
Look no further for the perfect indoor/outdoor integrated work space. This cedar-sided custom tiny home is full of modern farmhouse features like a barn door and apron sink. Modern green cabinetry completes the light-filled kitchen. Ship lap walls give a touch of timelessness to your photo and video shoots. The tiny home was expertly decorated by a local boho designer to make your work space glow. Guests love shooting live video content, and staging product photos. Need to focus? The tiny home is a perfect daylong retreat space with a full-size bathroom and queen-size master bedroom loft. This dual-loft model includes a children's loft with custom-built LEGO wall. The living room area includes a full-size convertible couch, craft paper writing wall, and laminated theme cards in English and Spanish. The dining space includes a collapsible and expandable natural wood bar. Step outside to bask in the expansive redwood deck, nested atop native oak trees. Plenty of seating is available on the deck, which includes a weather-proof A-frame shelter. Guests have used the A-frame as a dining area and outdoor meeting space. It was also the altar for a very boho wedding ceremony. The deck overlooks 4 acres of protected permaculture open spaces, and a children's playground.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The cottage was really cute. It was accommodating for the event we needed. I loved the fact that this location was available at short notice. Rachel did great with communicating with me.

My family and I chose this beautiful space to plan a surprise proposal for my now fiance. There could not have been a better host and place to do it! The space looks even better in person. There are so many opportunities to do things within the space due to Rachel allowing users to be able to get creative. The space is simply the backdrop, and she lets use do what you need to make a great event. Through my countless questions and messages, Rachel was ALWAYS responsive. I can count on her responding to me in less than an hour. And while planning, even if I thought I would hear a "no", Rachel always gave me the approval. If you understand boundaries and respect for other's space, then you should feel empowered to choose this space. Because likely, Rachel will be happy to accommodate your requests. For the party, we had a DJ and had no issues playing our music loud. I was able to rent out a tables/chairs company to use for the event. We were allowed to move around all outside existing furniture for what worked for us. The kitchen inside the mini house was a perfect area to mingle as well as do some small food prep. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this place. There are countless areas within the space for photo opportunities - from the balcony area, to inside the house. I would recommend to do an onsite visit for planning purposes. A huge THANK YOU to Rachel and Mak for being so kind and welcoming. I would book again!

We hosted our baby shower here with about 40 guests and the space was perfect! It was an amazing outdoor area that was enjoyed by adults, kids, and even dogs! The kids all LOVED the tiny house and the outdoor space to run around. It was great and easy to set up and clean up.
