Great location for video production and still photography. This home offers many locations for different looks. Main pool area, tiki hut area, table and chairs provided. Fire pit and chairs. Patio furniture. Large back yard with dock. This is a single family home. Access to other rooms in the home can be negotiated. Minimum 2 hours

Tanya and her husband were exceptional hosts! Not only were they extremely responsive and helpful in the booking process, they were hands on and ready to help and accommodate many needs the day of the event. They were kind enough to let us borrow a game when we forgot ours and they were there to answer any questions that arose throughout the event. We couldn't ask for a better experience! But we can't forget to highlight on how AMAZING this space was! We were able to host our employee summer party within this extremely large backyard. I wish words could express enough how inviting and entertaining this space was! We also had access to the pool house which had a game room which was extremely helpful! We loved loved loved our experience and can't wait to celebrate at this amazing space again! Thank you Tanya and Tim for your amazing service and home!

This space was beautiful with a variety of settings for our "fun in the sun" themed photo shoot. The hosts were extremely accommodating and welcoming, and we had an amazing indoor suite to use for hair and makeup. All of this made for a very enjoyable, stress free shoot!

Amazing hosts!! Was fast to respond to me when I had questions and was super helpful with the booking process and setting up on the day of the event. They were super nice and accommodating! I could tell they really cared about making my event special for my guests and I really appreciated it.
