Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We continue to follow any local city and state regulations set forth, along with following any CDC guidelines.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Parking description

There are (2) spots on site for parking. Mainly, for loading and unloading. There is also plenty of street metered parking and a close off site parking lot just adjacent to the studio.

General Rules

No adult filming whatsoever No alcohol allowed inside or outside the premises No open flame inside or outside the premises Smoking is permitted outside away from the premises

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras throughout the studio due to film and lighting equipment being on site. No cameras in private areas such as bathrooms, wardrobe or hair & makeup area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
