Formal dining room features a burl wood and smoked brass table, and antique marble fireplace surround, a vintage inspired landscape mural, and plaster chandelier. Casual family room with moody grasscloth wallpaper and an oversized linen slipcovered sectional. Brass fixtures and colorful modern textiles and patterns throughout. Large 2 story residential space, open plan kitchen, first floor is a circular layout. Large backyard with covered pergola as well as grassy area. Perfect for shooting lifestyle campaigns, cooking demos, and more.
