The Perfect Nook For Creators! Located right in downtown Salt Lake City. The Essential Zen House is the ultimate definition of a Chic Boho space to get creative. The decoration was done with a lot of love and healing energy. The space is full of live plants and crystals, which shower the space with fresh air and a welcoming feeling right when you enter the apartment! The apartment has a variety of music equipment such as an electric keyboard, microphone, guitars and so much more! This space is perfect for artists looking for an "escape" to feel inspired to create, record songs, or even videos for content. So be it an alone time for yourself, a meetup with your closest friend, production works, photoshoot, content creations; come, sit on the comfy rug with tons of plants, pillows, yummy organic tea, and get cozy and creative. PS: There is always fresh organic fruit on the kitchen counter for feel free to savor one of the best mother nature's gifts to human beings. The host speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Russian.

General Rules Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, plants, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. A fee of $200 will be charged if smoking in the unit No drinks on the piano and/or near the music equipment. The bedroom for the apartment is not to be used at the moment. Schedule your rental time so that you allow time for travel, parking, check-in, set up, client meeting, session, and break down to happen WITHIN your allotted rental time (we suggest 15-30 mins prior and after). We also suggest for you plan ahead for clients arriving late or your scheduled session running over your scheduled time slot. Arriving before your scheduled time to set up is not allowed, as another client may have the space during that time. The smart lock will detect early or late arrivals (as the code is unique to your reservation). We will charge the credit card on file at a regular OT rate if early arrival or late departure is detected.
