The Hollywood Bungalow is nestled in the heart of the Hollywood of the South. It's located 2- miles from Tyler Perry Studios & the Atlanta Beltline. It's 10 minutes from the airport & downtown Atlanta. Marta train is located 1 mile from the home. A grocery store is located across the street from the home. Enjoy the beautiful landscape of the backyard while sipping coffee & eating on the patio. NO Smoking in the home/NO Parties. Please read the listing in detail all information is provided about the requirements to book. The home has a master bedroom with beautiful french doors throughout the room. There is a sofa couch in the living room area and an open concept loft upstairs with two beds. There are two smart TV’s . A large Martha Stewart office desk and dining room table is provided for your business needs. Or Enjoy a wonderful dinner in the lovely dining room area which offers ample seating. There's a modern kitchen for you to cook meals and a beautiful large outdoor porch. There's also a large 6 seater dining table and an office space. Early check-in and late check-out are not normally permitted.
