Welcome to The 808! Our space is friendly to a lot of different things--we have plenty of space for company meetings, different gatherings, things of that nature. It's also built well to facilitate photography and videography. Plenty of space to move things around and have lots of room to work with. Types of events we've held here: - Film productions - Baby showers - Corporate meetings - Office parties - Holiday parties - Birthday parties - Photoshoots - And even a concert! It has a large open room, a back room separated by french doors with a kitchen that has all of the expected amenities except for a stove/oven. There is PLENTY of parking between our lot, street parking and a large, free parking lot across the street.

Husband and I had a family gathering there for a joint birthday celebration. Wesley was so friendly and accommodating. Even gave us some extra time to set up and was flexible with the end time, not that we really needed it. It was a beautiful space, would definitely a book again if we needed a space that large again. Absolutely would recommend. 10/10

Wes was the best for so many reasons ! No pun intended lol 1. Our previous booked venue cancelled at the very last minute on us . 2. Wes was able to get us in IMMEDIATELY . Before booking , I had a couple of questions and he responded IMMEDIATELY. 3. The space was a blessing in disguise and was exactly what we needed. There were several areas in the space that we were able to utilize for our photography needs ! We were able to capture both headshots and lifestyle photos. 4. The price was perfect ! 5. He ended up letting us use the space for longer than booked , and we were so thankful ! We were already scrambling so the additional time to settle in was heaven sent ! ☺️☺️

The space was exactly as advertised and perfect for a baby shower. We appreciated the variety of seating areas as well as the technology because we had a fair number of guests attend virtually due to Covid. Wesley was helpful and responsive to our needs, even suggesting an awesome caterer- super helpful since we aren't local. This space would be perfect for an off site work meeting, a retreat, a few different types of parties, etc. We enjoyed it!

This space was PERFECT!! We had so much fun at our company party and the space accommodated our growing numbers very comfortably not to mention the parking was amazing, that was something I was very worried about with how many people were attending :) Also Wesley was a perfect host and very gracious with our extra needs!
