Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The Pineapple Ranch is located in the heart of Palm Desert, walking distance to the shops and restaurants on El Paseo. The property is designed for entertaining. The large backyard is modeled like a boutique resort reminiscent of Palm Springs circa 1950. Situated on an acre lot that has surrounding views of the San Jacinto mountains it is the perfect place to host an outdoor event. There is an outdoor kitchen with seating areas, and an asadero Argentinian grill and many lounge areas. Great for weddings, pool parties, photoshoots, bachelorette/bachelor parties, private dinners, sound baths, spa retreats & more. The home boasts ample, open concept living space that can accommodate events up to 100 people. Iconic decor true to the 1951 home is abundant making for great scenes for photo shoots

Parking description

There is a pull through driveway that can fit 4-5 cars. There is free parking on the street in front of the property. For events over 25 people you must provide a valet service.

There are blackout shades in the bedroom. There is ample natural light, the whole back of the house is glass. There are large windows in every room, they all have curtains and shades that can be adjusted.
