Metered street parking, Nearby parking lot

The parking lot between 4th & 5th on NW Glisan is the most affordable lot close by for all day parking. The perimeter blocks of our building have 2-hour metered spaces. Metered parking can be paid through the Parking Kitty App. Re-load your Parking Kitty from the studio when the 2-hour increment expires. We recommend temporarily parking between 4th & 5th on NW Flanders in front of the building to unload and then finding a spot close by.

FURNITURE & PROPS If you move furniture or props around, please return them to their spots before departure. GARBAGE & RECYCLING Please dispose of your garbage and recycling in the room indicated by the host at your check-in. COMMUNAL SPACES Please keep in mind that the kitchenette, bathrooms, and the recycling/garbage areas on our floor are available for your use and other tenants on the floor. They are to be kept tidy as if they were your own space. FOOD & ALCOHOL Private consumption of alcohol during your event is allowed, however commercial sales of alcohol is not permitted. Food and outside catering are welcome. Please wash, dry, and return the dishes to the studio before your departure. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY Service animals must be on a leash or tether (unless being tethered keeps said animal from its trained purpose). No non-service animals are permitted on the premises. SMOKING Smoking is prohibited. Lit candles and incense are also prohibited. WINDOWS The original windows are fragile so please be gentle when open and closing them. Air conditioning is available. Be sure to close the windows & blinds before your departure. DAMAGES You agree to rent the space “as-is”. Beyond ordinary wear and tear, you will be responsible for any damage caused by your use of the space.
