Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Clean the soft surfaces (carpets, rugs, and drapes) with soap and water or with cleaners made for use on these surfaces. Launder items (if possible) using the warmest appropriate water setting and dry items completely. Disinfect using an EPA List N product for use on soft surfaces, if needed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Very easy and convenient free parking lot directly in front of the event space.

General Rules

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed No pets allowed. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing. Furniture must be moved back to orginal location Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

Security cameras are located at all entry points and exits for safety.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
