Amazing oasis nestled in Coldwater Canyon boasts a true experience for anyone. Luscious foliage and weeping willow tree envelopes the large pool and jacuzzi next to the calming outdoor eucalyptus shower. A stone path leads us past the outdoor bbq and kitchen to our large wood deck and outdoor firepit with a dining section and our relaxing hanging egg chairs. On your stroll inside you'll find a plethora of light peaking through 3 sets of glass paneled doors and modern skylights. Adjacent to our luxe black marble fireplace and updated furniture you'll spot a backlit bar area with gleaming crystal decanter and glasses. Our kitchen is truly one to be admired with a modern white marble double level countertops, brand new Bosch appliances, and high ceilings adorned with more skylights. Our space can be used for fashion or product shoots, as well as film and tv production with indoor/outdoor and driveway access as well as access to two bathrooms. Awesome host couple! Beautiful and clean home, huge kitchen and backyard. Front of the home is painted black which gives it a super cool look. Plenty of parking and great lighting.
