About the Space
We have a newly remodeled private downstairs bar located in the heart of North Beach. We have everything from DJ dance parties, sport buyouts (we have a large projector) corporate team building drink classes, bachelor/bachelorette, wedding receptions, birthdays, holiday parties the list goes on! We have the options of high top tables, low tops, seats no seats (there is a long built in bench seat along the wall). We are very flexible to accommodate what ever your event requires! You have your own personal bartender as well. You can open one tab or have your guests open their own as they go. We can talk about packages as well! We are very accommodating to everyone! The latest booking is 1am, that way it gives you and your guests enough time to make it upstairs and out by the 1:45 cut off time. Please only book until 1 am. Cheers! Pricing: is $1000 plus 20% Gratuity $50 an hour After four hour booking the minimum pricing increases by $200 each hour Special Holidays Ex. NYE, Santacon, St. Paddys ect. The Minimum is $1500

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Amazing space! Booked this spot for a 30th birthday and we had a fantastic time with close to 30 people, with lots of singing and dancing. The place comes pre-equipped with a projector, screen and microphones as well if necessary. We were able to pull off a Harry Potter themed party in the space. While some ground rules were put in place (for example, no scotch tape on the walls or ceiling) they were not unreasonable by any stretch and Ben worked with us to help bring our ideas to life. Ben was also incredibly helpful with the bar- we had ideas for themed cocktails and he helped make them a reality. 100% would book again. Thank you Beka and Ben for all the help!
