Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The studio is cleaned and disinfected daily. Additionally we have it professionally cleaned weekly.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Great open floor plan with loft. Perfect for professional photo shoots, fitness vloggers, social media, video trainings or any fitness activity. Featuring stained concrete floors, real brick walls, vaulted ceiling, loads of natural daylight and powerful lighting fixtures for shoots. In addition, there's a kitchen, two bathrooms and lounge/storage space near the back that can be used as storage or wardrobe changes.

Lighting description

Floor to ceiling windows with blinds to block out the sun. All times of the day are great for natural light. For evenings there is plenty of great artificial light above.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

There is significant sound proofing so the neighbors do not hear each other. Music is always on and our neighbors don't hear us. Building is tucked away so we don't get street noise.

There are a few stairs in front of the main entrance but there is a handicap ramp where equipment can be rolled up.

The electrical panel is in the kitchen but there a main breaker on the other side of the building. We don't know the power rating is but there are 10 outlets throughout the space

No smoking in the building. All items need to be put back in their place before guests depart. All trash must be taken out to the receptacle outside at departure. All
