About the Space

We have a full medical facility that we can rent on the days we are not operational. We count with a full lab-room, 12 offices, a full-on front desk, and 3 bathrooms. We are located in the heart of the Bronx and all amenities are new and all the furniture up to date. Our front desk can be use for catering events or presentations.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
The space has informational signage including:
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

Yes, I would book again.

We used this location to film a scene between nurse characters. It had everything we needed and served our purpose well. I would definitely use this location again. The one minor thing that made it not a perfect experience was the host stopped communicating the day of the rental, however, it did not stop us from getting in, using the facility, and having a great experience!

Great experience. Host was 10/10. Even helped as an extra in my vid for a model who flaked🙏🏾🙏🏾 for freee. Great dude great service SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH HIM!
