Surfaces are cleaned and disinfected after every use and capacity is limited according to government guidelines.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Open concept space perfect for photoshoots, art galleries, pop-ups, or other small events. All furniture can be easily moved around or stored to create the space that you need. The space features LED track lighting, street access, bare white walls, full front windows, and seating/props/decor if needed. The space is in close proximity to public transportation and nightlife, as well as being across the street from a large grocery store and hardware store.
