Parking description
Two vehicle can park in driveway. All other vehicles can park on both sides of the street in front of the house.
General Rules
1. This is a Self Check-In Property. The entire house is available for use except the garage. Anytime in the space exceeding the time you have booked will be charged as overtime at the rate you booked. Please respect my home as if it were yours.
2. We kindly ask that prior to Leaving, please place dirtied items where they belong only if used. This helps the efficiency of our cleaning crew to serve our guests with Quick Quality Service. Our Cleaning Fee is based on courteous guests, if you trash the home it is an additional $75 cleaning fee.
3. We Understand that Accidents Happen!!! But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as Effortlessly as possible.
4. Being a family home, we also have a NO SMOKING policy. Future guests are expecting a NON-SMOKING Room. (If you Smoke Cigs, Vape or Marijuana, There will be a $175 charge PER DAY). Smoking is only allowed on the outside of the property such as the back yard.
5. Please DO NOT Remove Mattress Protectors, Pillow Protectors or Any Other Items from the Place where you Found them. If you Remove them, Please Put them Back where they belong. Failure to do so will result in a $25 Charge.
6. No Loud Disruptive Parties Please! In past experiences authorities have been called to the property for excessive noise and number of people. Guests who try to host Loud Disruptive Parties will have their reservations automatically canceled with no refunds and removed from the property.
7. If you accidentally leave something behind and Need us to ship it, a $25 Handling Fee Plus Shipping Fee will be charged.
8. No REFUNDS will be given for Storms. Please Certify you will Not ask for a Refund because of a Storm
9. If a TV remote or Game Console/Controller is taken by accident, there will be a $75 charge on top of the cost of controller or console.
10. No REFUNDS will be given if the Property is NOT of your liking and it is not what you expected.
11. Please park in the driveway. Parking is allowed on the side of street. Please remove all visible valuables out of your vehicle. We are not responsible for any vehicle break-ins or vehicles towed.
12. Please do not tamper or attempt to remove/disable cameras, otherwise there'll be a $500 fee.
13. Any & All extra services paid in advance are final. No refunds will be given at any point prior, during or after check-in or check-out.
14. Two cars are able to park in the driveway at this Property. All other cars are to be parked on the side of the street.
15. If you want to gather please gather in the backyard or inside. I do not want to disrupt my neighbors. Thank you.
16. Maintenance request might take 24-72 hours, we will keep you notified for every updates we receive from our maintenance team.
17. Pet fee is $39, you must inform about your pet before bringing them to your stay (pets unregistered warrants a $250 unauthorized pet fee)
18. Due to the recent guests who have not respected our home, any type of disruptive gatherings will be immediate cause for a Cancellation without a Refund. Neighbors are prompt to call.

Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in keeping everything cleaned. Hand Sanitizer is also located on the wall by the front door.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Hand Sanitizer
