If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date, that means the space is booked.* This unique 2-level event space is great for television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more. There are three sections to this event space: 1) The front - which houses a bar and open space. 2) Upstairs with open space and stage. 3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating. This listing is for productions only. Events must booking using our event space rental listing.' Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will become available as time passes.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
