All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Studio C is our Gigantic infinity wall (cyclorama) wall that towers up at 16 feet high and 16 feet wide, and 25 feet long. The warehouse comes with a giant cargo door for quick and easy unloading. The warehouse is insulated , which provides great sound acoustics, making this a great sound stage. Automobile shoots, music videos, or interviews. This is also w great space for special events, with plenty of room. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested or have any questions. Price may vary based on your specific group details and needs. ***If you need the rest of the building to be quiet for any audio related projects, the hourly min to book is 4 hours***
