Our luxury studio is a 1000 sq. space with modern neutral design elements for content creation. Our lifestyle studio is located in the heart of Wynwood Art District and Midtown Miami. It is perfect for photographers, videographers, and influencers. Our studio rental features a minimalist living area, floor-to-ceiling windows, natural lighting, backdrops, an arch, stunning city, and water views, and much more! Our goal is to provide a clean, affordable space where creatives can bring their vision to life. Our East Facing Studio Has Stunning Natural Light All Throughout The Day. By booking this studio, you agree to comply with all the rules listed below. YOU MAY NOT MOVE permanent furniture (SOFA, RUG, PEDESTALS, COFFEE TABLE, ENTRYWAY TABLE, DINING TABLE, ARCH, and FAUX MANTLE) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture. A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if the furniture is moved from its original place after booking. ABSOLUTELY, NO FIRE, SMOKING, VAPING, INCENSE, ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER, PAINT AND WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. NO SHOES PERMITTED OR STANDING ON FURNITURE. NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED ON OR NEAR FURNITURE. NO ANIMALS OR PETS. NO LOUD MUSIC NO BODY OILS. PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: By booking this studio, you agree to comply with the rules listed below. Guests are not permitted in the studio before or after confirmed booking time. Your booked session includes setup and breakdown. To avoid any overtime fee all guest must leave at booking end time. You may pay to extend your reservation depending on the studio’s schedule. Please inform us about 30 minutes prior to end time to determine if your reservation can be extended. If overtime request is less than 30 minutes before booking time ends, the overtime rate is 1.5x Please be aware that we schedule a 30 minute buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean the studio. TREAT THE STUDIO AND EQUIPMENT WITH CARE: You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into the studio during your booking. The studio is inspected before the booking begins and right after the booking period ends. If there are damages done to the property, furniture, and any equipments there will be charges billed via Peerspace.
