Our luxury studio is a 1000 sq. space with modern neutral design elements for content creation. Our lifestyle studio is located in the heart of Wynwood Art District and Midtown Miami. It is perfect for photographers, videographers and influencers. Our studio rental features a minimalist living area, floor to ceiling windows, natural lighting, kitchen, backdrops, arch, stunning city and water views, and much more! Our goal is to provide a clean, affordable space where creatives can bring their vision to life. Our East Facing Studio Has Stunning Natural Light All Throughout The Day. By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. YOU MAY NOT MOVE permanent furniture (SOFA, RUG, PEDESTALS, COFFEE TABLE, ENTRYWAY TABLE, DINING TABLE, ARCH, and FAUX MANTLE) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture. A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if furniture is moved from original place after booking. ABSOLUTELY, NO FIRE, SMOKING, VAPING, INCENSE, ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER, PAINT AND WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. NO SHOES PERMITTED ON FURNITURE. NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED ON OF NEAR FURNITURE. NO ANIMALS OR PETS. NO LOUD MUSIC NO BODY OILS. Absolutely loved my experience at this studio. Host was very responsive before booking and super helpful when we met for our reserved slot. The studio is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has different spots within the same room to take photos with different settings. Host was kind enough to have cold water and chips for us as well!
