  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Abby’s space is was the perfect vibe and energy for my anniversary event. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the decor and layout. She was very communicative and helpful at every turn. Highly recommend!

Host had great communication. The space was amazing. Pictures are underrated vs real time. You won't be disappointed definitely worth every penny. We got a little loud (my going away party) sorry about that.. 5 stars

Firstly, the place was beautiful, very clean and Very spacious. Looks exactly like the pictures, and everyone was really impressed by it. Abbey was really responsive and helpful the day of the event, and even helped to answer questions via text on days before the event. Added benefits of this space that make it unique from other event spaces: It has a fridge, freezer, oven, surround sound speakers that can be controlled via Spotify on the in-house iPad, lots of parking availability outside, lights that you can dim to set the mood. I booked this for a 30th birthday celebration, there was about 20 people, but easily could have fit 10+ more people comfortably. Overall everything went smoothly, I would book again and would definitely recommend others to book!

I had my 40th Birthday dinner here. I had an awesome time. The space is clean and perfect for any event. The host was great and very accommodating. I absolutely love this space!!
