Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space will be wiped down between guests. Any high touch areas will be cleaned thoroughly.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This barn was constructed in the 1880s, and is in great shape today. It is currently used as working barn, with a workshop and several stalls. There is a handpainted barn quilt on the outside, and a beautiful covered space in the back. There is also a bar within walking distance from the barn. There is electricity and running water, but no bathrooms.

The location is at the end of a dead end street with plenty of on street parking .

General Rules

No open flame. No smoking in or around the building. Outside catering is allowed, but heat sources must be approved by the host. No pets or animals, unless approved by the host. No illegal substances on the property. If a bathroom is required, guest must arrange for a portapotty. Host can provide recommendation. Guest is responsible for removing all trash from the property.

They are located on the adjacent home, pointing towards the road, activate with motion sensors.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
