- No smoking allowed - No adult filming - A site-manager will be on-site to welcome you and during the duration of the booking to provide assistance if needed, unless otherwise specified. The on-site manager will be out of sight in a designated area. - Please be mindful of the kitchen countertops and dining room table. Any equipment must be placed on a mat on these surfaces to protect from scratches, stains and chipping. - For lighting or equipment that needs to stand on the floor, please use tennis balls for the stand legs and/or layout board or mats for beneath them, to protect the hardwood flooring. - Strobe and LED lighting preferred. If using HMI lighting, please provide your own generators. - Furniture or decor may be moved if needed, but items must be replaced back at the end of your shoot. - Shoes must be either be removed when inside or use of the booties provided to protect our rugs and flooring - No filming or photography in front of any neighbor's houses or in the street, without a permit. - Please place any trash in the designated bins. - Overtime is billed at a rate of 1.5x if available - Pets need to be cleared with us before booking and there is an additional fee. - All eating/drinking outside only, unless part of shoot. - Rental time includes setup and teardown. *Please note some of the photos are staged from previous shoots. Some of the small accessories or artwork may not be ours. Please confirm with us if there are specific items you are interested in.
