Cleaning and sanitizing is done prior and after any guests are on property.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have an inviting open concept home perfect for social gatherings, family events or parties. Modern coastal decor with several vignette seating areas; such as a wet bar with 3 barstools and an enormous stone island in the kitchen with 6 barstools plus a kitchen table that seats 6. Accordion doors to the back yards give an indoor/outdoor feel. Large BBQ island with 4 barstools in the yard and a large fire pit with couches including seating for 8 people and an outdoor dining area seating 8. Small pool and a jacuzzi with ample seating and the yard has exceptional lighting at night.

No smoking inside the house, catering is allowed, alcohol is permitted if of legal age, any damage or out of the ordinary cleaning is the renter's responsibility, minimum of 24 hour notice on cancellation.

No removal of large photography acrylics on wall

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have a Ring doorbell and side yard motion detected video camera. Both can be turned off if needed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
