About the Space
Dance studio is applicable for those in need of rehearsal space, filming, host workout classes, etc. We provide a 5,000 sq. ft. room equipped with a 39 ft. x 46.5 sq. ft. dance floor, finished with Marley flooring made specifically for dance styles of all genres. We have three sterling silver spinning dance poles transitional to non-spinning.

Parking description
We have an open parking lot that is free and available for our client use only.
General Rules
No shoes are allowed on the dance floor (Only pole dance shoes allowed in pole area).
No food or drinks allowed inside the dance studio. No touching mirrors or wall props.
All extracurricular equipment such as the dance bars, jumbo workout inflatable balls, exercise ropes, and fitness ladder are included with the room. Place all items back in designated areas.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have devices that record visual and only in public areas of the studio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We sanitize the dance studio after each class to reduce the risk of covid spreading.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
