Bright, Airy Movement Studio Space in West Oakland

We are super, Covid-friendly as we have both an indoor and outdoor space available for rent. All yoga props are available for renters' use- 40 mats, 20 straps, 40 blocks, 45 blankets, 12 foam rollers, 20 bolsters, 25 sandbags, three folding chairs, inversion stand, two foam wedges, and a full-sized skeleton. We kindly ask that props get wiped down after each use; we provide hand towels and yoga mat spray. About the indoor space: This space offers tons of natural light and is perfect for dance classes, movement workshops, and yoga events. We can comfortably fit 8-10 students with mats & teacher. The studio is comprised of two spacious changing rooms, an ADA compliant bathroom, a warm and welcoming entryway, and a roll-up garage window for large amounts of airflow . About the courtyard space: This large and versatile outdoor courtyard space is perfect for movement classes, photo shoots, and workshops. We can comfortably fit 30 students with mats and a teacher. The courtyard is comprised of a large stage (concrete and wooden) and an astroturf ground. Three sizes of courtyard are protected by the building, and the forth side leads to the gated and private resident parking lot.
