About the Space

⚫️ Welcome to a contemporary loft; perfect for photo and video productions. This loft features 16-foot ceilings and five 12-foot windows providing abundant natural light during the day and overhead lighting customizable for an evening glow. 🔴NOTE: We do not offer 1 hour sessions and this space is not available for brunches, dinner parties, or any similar events 🔴 ⚫️ The GREAT ROOM has a 10-foot estate table with 12 classic black chairs. The table can be broken down and moved (during your rental time) if not needed. ⚫️ The SITTING ROOM features a black tufted sofa, coffee table, mirrored credenza, and several pieces of artwork. ⚫️ You have access to a standard BATHROOM and LIMITED kitchen access if needed. ⚫️ There are several other decorated areas you can utilize during your rental including the staircase, HALLWAY, and cozy ENTRYWAY. Someone will be onsite during each rental. We do this so the integrity of the loft can be maintained and for your safety. *The Throne Chair does not come with your rental, it is an add-on.*

*REMEMBER* The person making the booking must be present at check-in time. This is for safety and security. ⬛️ ARRIVAL: When you arrive please send me a message so I can walk you in. All guests must arrive at the same time. However, the person booking needs to be available for a walk through and questions. ⬛️ SECURITY: This is a secured building. A member of our team will be on hand to greet you and walk you into the loft and after your rental, we will walk out be out (after check out). ⬛️ PARKING: Please park in one of the lined parking spaces. If no parking spaces are available, park along the street (Gossett Ave). Do not block anyone in. If you do, your car may be towed at the owner's expense. ⬛️ GENERAL: Your rental time includes your set-up, break-down, and clean-up time. Smoking, vaping, or underage drinking is NOT allowed in the loft. Please inquire about alcohol usage for approval. GLITTER, CONFETTI, TINY SEQUINS, or PAINT is not permitted. That stuff gets everywhere! NO NUDITY OR PORN. Do not bring firearms or other weapons. ⬛️ NOISE LEVEL: Music is permitted but at an acceptable level. Yelling and screaming are discouraged. There are residences below and above. If you know your group is prone to being loud, please make the proper adjustments. ⬛️ RENTAL TIDBITS: No loitering in the hallways or outside the building. Your rental is for this loft only. Please do not disrespect the furniture. RESCHEDULING: You may change your booking date at a minimum of 3 days prior to your set date and time. You must reschedule within a 7-day window. Only one change of date is allowed per booking. ⬛️ OVERTIME and DAMAGES: If you go over your scheduled time you will be charged 1.5 the hourly rate, per half hour of your overage starting at 1 minute after your scheduled time. Which is PeerSpace's Overtime policy. OVERTIME starts 5 minutes after your time ends. OVERTIME charges will begin 6 minutes past your scheduled time. We do this because there are often other sessions behind yours and we need the time to properly clean and reset. If anything is damaged during your rental, the person booking the loft is responsible for covering the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items. If there is anyone under 18 in the loft, an adult must be present. NO PETS! The loft upstairs is private. ***NO ENTRY ALLOWED*** You may use the staircase for overhead shots and photos. Only those involved in the production should be present during the rental. This space is not for kickbacks or lounging (drinking, smoking/eating, etc.) If your booking request is last minute (under 24 hours from your start time) please make sure you are as detailed as possible with your intended use for the space and those involved. This will help us make a swift decision on whether this space is a good fit for you.
