Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Perfectly located natural and studio light photography studio. A great space with high ceilings and a glass garage door for natural and studio lighting. Works for portrait, boudoir, branding, and all types if filmmaking. Studio space is in a beautiful modern multi unit complex building. On the ground floor, this 2000 sf space has a west facing large glass garage door which can be covered with the motorized roller shades as well as north facing block glass, and a skylight offering beautiful diffused light. There is also a patio door that can be opened for full length diffused light. Seamless paper system, canvas backdrops, movable wall, and original brick shooting spaces. Tethertools cord is available for tethered shooting with your your laptop. Props include: Stools, chairs, and white futon and black leather couch. Studio works for: Film Lifestyle and Portrait shoots Product photos Fashion Shoots Space includes use of the kitchenette. Large, motorized projection screen, 50" TV and wifi are available.

The main natural light source is a full size glass garage door that is facing west and provides a ton of gorgeous light.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The entire building is well built and sound from other units generally isn't an issue. The large main shooting area does have a bit of an echo because of its high ceilings. You are welcome to come check out the space before committing to rent.

Parking spaces are 8 ft from the front door and a vehicle can be pulled into the studio directly from the back parking lot.

Electrical system description

Many outlets are both floor and arm height throughout the unit as well as over 20 outlets on the vanity.

Circuit breaker can be accessed

General Rules

Do NOT CHECK IN EARLY. If you need to set up prior to your shoot, book enough extra time to allow for that. Double check that you have booked the correct date and time. There are no free new reservations given if you book the wrong time and don’t realize it. Cancelations and refunds are given up to 24 for hours prior to the start of the rental, but not after. No Smoking Clean up your rental before leaving! Make sure all furniture and props are returned to their place, and straighten the blankets and pillows.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Everything in the studio can be moved as long as it is returned to where you found it when your production is complete.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security video systems in place around entire building

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
