- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This house is gorgeous! It's open, clean, impeccably-styled, comfortable, inviting, and all-around lovely. Our group of 8 for a board/staff retreat fit easily and comfortably. Our host was thoughtful and proactive around the information we might need. There was plenty of street parking. We would definitely book again!

I booked Alysia's space for a 1-day team training. It was the perfect spot for our group. I booked this spot solely on the photos as I am not local to Portland area. It was even better than what was captured in the photos. Plenty of spaces for us to gather from the comfy couches in the living room, huge dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. It was also nice to have access to the outdoor area for our breaks. Alysia was extremely helpful prior to our booking all the way until the day of the event. Such a pleasure to work with. I would definitely book her spot again.

Alysia was such a joy to work with. As a new Peerspace user, she was patient and answered all of my questions about her home and the process, whether via message or over the phone. I appreciated how easy she made the process and that she was really communicative to ensure we would be able to capture the photos we needed for our project. Her home is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for shoot; I loved having access to the ADU as a place for hair and makeup and for our talent to rest between shots. Overall, it was such a good day for our crew, which we are so grateful for.
