About the Space
Fully furnished two bedroom two bathroom urban home with fenced in backyard. Can be used for many types of photo shoots including family lifestyle shoots or holiday portrait sessions. Kitchen is great for food related content creators. Dining table seats 4 with 4 additional stools at kitchen island. House is located in the Ohio City SOLO neighborhood near a number of great breweries and restaurants.

Living room and master bedroom face east with beautiful morning light. There are shades to soften light and blackout curtains to totally block light in both upstairs bedrooms.

This is a very busy street with vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The furnace is on the main floor and is audible when it kicks on.

General Rules
No smoking. Furniture can be carefully moved but must be returned to its original location. Noise levels must be reasonable -sound monitoring in place.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
