This is for rental of the outside of the property. All high traffic areas are sanitized and cleaned.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This Victorian home is situated on just over an acre of beautiful gardens. Perfect for any outdoor event. Wedding, baby showers, movie crews, photographs, birthday parties etc. The property also has an outdoor restroom for guests to use. The property has a stream and pond in the back yard as well as a small fairy garden.

Parking description
Lots of parking on the street plus ample parking across the street at the park and downtown. There is also a large gate for access to the back gardens for loading and unloading.
General Rules
No smoking in the home. Outside catering is allowed and a list of local restaurants which offer catering can be provided. Rental is for outside gardens. Use of the commercial kitchen is available at an additional cost. Rooms downstairs in the home are also available but must be requested when booking. No access to upstairs of home.

Ring doorbells at the front and back door as well as cameras on the front porch, and on the back patio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
