Modern Farmhouse with Luxurious Backyard Oasis

We have a large backyard that includes an in-ground swimming pool, a fire pit, seating for up to 30 guests, a volleyball court and a white vinyl playground set. Indoors, we have a modern farmhouse kitchen with white shaker cabinets, concrete countertops and some open shelving. The living room/dining room has all the modern farmhouse trimmings. Bookings that fall on a holiday/holiday weekend are increased to $200 per hour.
