COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are an outdoor venue with plenty of room for social distances.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Our livestock rescue farm is the perfect place for your next event - We regularly host photographers/videographers, family outings, outdoor meetings, micro weddings, and more. Our farm is equipped with 5 separate sitting areas, 2 fire pits, multiple outdoor heaters, hundreds of outdoor lights for evening events, 2 different yard game areas with 5 provided yard games, and of course our main attraction of our farm is that we are home to over 50 rescues livestock animals that can be seen from all of the entertainment areas.

Street parking is easy here and for larger needs we have access to a private lot nextdoor.

General Rules

- No smoking on the property - You can pet and hand feed the animals at our fence line however we do not allow guests inside of the animal pasture without an escort from our farm

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have outdoor security cameras on our front door, and 4 that face the animal beds inside of and around our barn.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
