Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

To protect our guests and staff, we sanitize in between events and offer mask, and hand sanitizer to our customers.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our space is perfect for small weddings, baby shower, small churches, Podcast and training classes. Guest has a access to large open area complete with mini-breakroom and also secondary office space that can be used as a makeup or dressing area. We have lots of parking, an elevator and stairs.

Parking description

We are just minutes away from I-20. Our building is located near shopping and restaurants. We have adequate parking spaces all around our building.

Lighting description

We have a full wall of window complete with blinds that can be closed and covered with a backdrop or something along those lines. The Windows are northbound and would not be an issue with direct sunlight.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Most of the time the neighbors are pretty quiet, the street is fairly busy, but shouldn't be an issue. We do not have any issues with loud appliances, on occasions you can hear the unit come on if it pretty quiet but nothing ongoing or bothersome.

Equipment loading description

Guest can park outside the entryway and load, we do not have an official loading zone. We are located on the second floor and guest can access our elevator or stairs to get access to the space.

Staging area is available

We have a smaller room that can be used as a dressing /makeup area if necessary.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

We have lots of outlets, unfortunately i would have to check with the maintenance regarding the breaker.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No smoking is allowed in the building Must have a TABC bartender for events that have alcohol. Events must be over by midnight. Space must be left in same condition as when you arrived.

Ages 10+

Production insurance is required

We would need to be added to insurance in the event something happen to the space.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

We do allow for our tables and chairs to be.

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed
