Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

With our spacious interiors, the house is perfect for photo/video shoots, family reunions, and small dinners (under 30 people). Outside you will find 2 vintage barns, a log cabin, garden with chickens, and 18 acres of old growth pine trees towering 60ft tall. This space is perfect for team meetings, workshops/classes, dinners, cocktail receptions and anything else your team needs! *Weddings are available starting 2023. Our 4,600 sq ft house is located in Saukville, WI. 4 miles from I-43, 10 miles from Lake Michigan and Historic Downtown Cedarburg, and 20 miles from Milwaukee. Overnight stays are available, please contact us for more information. The original dairy farm was built in 1864 and owned by the Borges family who converted it to a tree farm in the mid 1950's. John and Elizabeth Feith bought the property in 1983 and named it "Tranquility." The Feith's also commissioned noted Milwaukee architect Jack Kloppenburg to do an extensive remodel and expansion of the home

Parking description

Plenty of free parking on site. There is a long driveway leading up to the front door with room for parking as well as additional parking further down the driveway and a parking lot available. Can hold up to 70 cars.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is one camera with video and audio outside of the house facing the driveway.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
