About the Space
Welcome to our space, This location is in the heart of Glendale, near Glendale community college. We are close to Montrose near Honolulu. This place has been rented out for fitness shoots and commercials. We recommend rehearsals since we have both an inside and outside patio workout area. You will find the place very welcoming with a clean and calm community. We have been in the area for about a year and have made it our goal to serve our community and clients. Feel free to reach out to be a layer of support in your endeavor.

Parking description
There are five parking spots directly in front of the gym. Also, there is plenty of street parking.

o No smoking
o No candles or flames of any kind are permitted. Battery operated candles are permitted.
o Respect the gym and equipment.
o All garbage and recycling should be placed in the appropriate receptacles.
o The Renter and Guests have use of the studio bathrooms.
o The Renter has use of sound system.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are three security cameras inside the facility, 1 in the garden, and the owner has cameras throughout their property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaning staff that cleans, wipes, and disinfects the whole gym. The trainers are required to sanitize the equipment they use during their sessions.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.
Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms and entrances.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
