Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
After each use the studio is sanitized and disinfected.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our beautiful studio is available to rent.. Located in Topanga Canyon, where the mountains meet the sea, the studio sits in the perfect location. Rental includes use of our 645+ sq ft. studio space with parking and bathroom access. The interior provides natural light and neutral colors to accommodate your esthetic. The space has cream, old world textured walls and light wood flooring with high vaulted ceilings.
