About the Space
Old Town Orange 1903 Victorian Farmhouse located near the historic old town district (aka Orange Circle) with lots of restaurants and shopping. This historic home has 9 foot ceilings with an entry and formal dining room, a living room with original ornate ceiling, a player piano and a giant mirror. The bathroom is large with chandeliers and a clawfoot tub. The updated kitchen is large with a built in nook and an island. Backyard has a new pool and a large covered patio with a fireplace. We have a large driveway that fits 5 cars. We are close to chapman University and the film school has filmed several films in our home.
