Horse Ranch with expansive barns, roads, ponds, creeks, beautiful nature

This is a 360 acre ranch in north east section of San Diego County that combines wilderness and modern features like large barns, paved roads right alongside ponds, creeks, dirt roads, meadows, pastures, massive boulders, majestic oaks, open fields, hidden meadows, it has every imaginable nature scene you can imagine. In addition, there are several barns, stables, tennis court and even an indoor basketball court. We have 6 majestic mustangs, 6 curious and ultra-friendly donkeys, 6 head of cattle, a few mini horses and mules. It is a former commercial horse breeding but is now a family compound. It is easily accessible directly off main roads (no dirt roads). Approximately 15 minutes east from Escondido CA. This facility would be ideal for photo or video shoots. While it could handle events because of its enormous size and facilities (water, power, buildings) we are unlikely to agree to that use because we are not a commercial party venue.
